Explorer at heart, I moved towards external coaching after 15 years of immersion at the heart of Engie:

With the privatization of EDF and GDF, I witnessed major cultural upheavals. As an operational manager, I felt the distress, sometimes unfathomable, of my peers facing these human mutations. It was then that this urgent need to act seized me. A thunderous call to action that I could no longer ignore after the wave of suicides at Orange.

The observation was clear: companies have a crucial need for external support to adapt to the evolution of society. And this is particularly true for executives, whose personalities and management styles have a significant impact on the entire company. Therefore, this is one of the major entry points for my coaching. Domino effect guaranteed!

Since 2015, I have devoted my energy to providing authentic and human support to executives. My motto? Enriching the emotional and rational aspect of each individual, thus illuminating their path to success and fulfillment. By my side, prepare for a journey where emotions become the pillars of transformation...
